Craig L. Hayward
Craig is a Certified Public Accountant and President of Hayward Tax Solutions LLC, providing business consulting and advanced tax planning strategies to high net worth individuals and closely held businesses primarily in the service, manufacturing and distribution industries. Craig’s alliance with some of the best tax attorneys in the country allows him to offer niche, high level strategies uncommonly used in most CPA firms. This proactive, holistic approach allows Craig to deliver more than just tax preparation. It allows for a deeper level of participation and influence as an advisor by assisting clients in navigating the ever changing tax and economic environments to best grow and protect his clients’ net worth through the implementation and on-going monitoring or appropriate strategies.
Craig L. Hayward is a Certified Public Accountant and Founder of Hayward & Associates established in 1980. He is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado having earned a B.S. in Accounting in 1973. He remains a minority partner in Hayward & Associates, the accounting firm he recently sold to partners in 2015. Craig recognized early in his 35 year career that clients deserve an advisor who can provide a comprehensive, detailed look at both their tax and financial pictures. To that end, he established Hayward Financial Inc. in 1994 to offer clients various ways to address wealth accumulation and preservation, along with estate and business planning needs. Craig holds his Life Insurance license and Series 7 license for securities. He is a member of the Boulder Estate Planning Council, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. Craig is also affiliated with several independent wealth management organizations that specialize in investments, retirement plans and various other aspects of financial services.
Craig is married to his wonderful wife Jeannie and together they enjoy travel and golf. An avid outdoorsman, Craig enjoys fly fishing, hunting, horseback riding, and spending time with family and friends. Craig’s family has a long, rich history in the state and was one of the early pioneer families in western Colorado.
